Jim Adams

Jim Adams is a Greensboro, NC native who has always been drawn to the beautiful beaches of the Carolinas. After earning his BA in Speech Communication from the University of Georgia in 1991, Jim pursued a successful career in sales. He’s represented luxury home furnishing brands, living and working in some of the country’s most desirable locations: Charleston, SC, Aspen, CO, Park City, UT, and San Francisco, CA. With his southern roots calling, Jim moved back to North Carolina in 2008. After 20+ years selling exquisite home furnishings, Jim decided to transition to real estate. He’s thrilled that he can help people find the perfect home so that they too can enjoy the wonderful lifestyle Wilmington and the Lower Cape Fear region have to offer those of us fortunate enough live here.

An avid outdoorsman, you can often find Jim in or on the water – a passionate paddle surfer, swimmer, runner and boater, he also loves to travel to enjoy snow skiing, mountain biking and Central American surf destinations. Jim is the proud father of an extremely active 15 year old son.
